Reasons to Buy a Home During Fall

for-sale-sign

Are you searching for your dream home?  The fall season may be on your side!

Here is why:

  • Less competition – Since summertime is most popular for home buyers, there is often less competition during the fall for the amount of homes on the market.
  • More quality time with your real estate team – Fewer buyers mean those assisting with your home buying process will be more available. The team at Jean Groesbeck & Assoc. is always available and happy to assist our clients throughout the year!
  • Year-end tax credits – By closing on a home at the end of the fiscal year, you may be able to receive tax deductions including closing costs, property tax and mortgage interest to offset any taxable earnings.
  • Home improvement bargains – Do you need new appliances or furniture? End of the year sales are often beneficial and could save you the most money.
